You must notify a8jl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, suspected credential compromise, or any other security incident. a8jl will cooperate with affected players to secure compromised accounts; however, a8jl shall not be liable for losses resulting from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own credentials.
a8jl employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and maintains industry-standard security infrastructure. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security, and by using a8jl you acknowledge this inherent limitation of internet-based services.
Deposits: a8jl accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to minimum deposit amounts and any applicable payment processor limits. The current minimum deposit via GCash and PayMaya is ₱50. a8jl's total aggregate liability to any individual Player, under any cause of action or theory of recovery, shall not exceed the Player's total Real-Money Balance held in their a8jl Account at the time the claim arises.
a8jl provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. a8jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, a8jl may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud or money laundering, balances may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities. Where termination is not for cause — for example, where a Player voluntarily closes their account — any Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
